• Please book ahead!

• Save paper by giving your name on arrival

• Key event info appears on the ticket (date and time)

• Full event info appears on the website (location and walk description)

• Payment is by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) or PayPal

• Please let us know if you can't pay by either of these

• Walks differ in length and duration

• SW walks are not usually circular, so please avoid arriving by car

• Let us know if you need further info to get to the meeting place

• Refunds are ONLY if we can re-allocate your ticket to the waiting list

• …or if you let us know a week or more in advance of the event

• SW tickets ARE transferable, so if you can offer your ticket to a friend

• Please advise your ‘plus one’ of these details and event info

• Events may be photographed for future promotion

• Please advise the organiser if you would prefer not to appear in these

• Children must be accompanied by an adult

• Walks may enter public buildings - we advise you not to bring dogs

• All walks and events are accessible or can be made so by request

• Heavy, continuous rain will mean a postponed walk

• We will email you a day ahead accordingly

• We will endure lighter showers, so please dress and equip accordingly
