Lost and Found // Iris Bertz
Sat 11th May // 11am // 90 mins
Meet: Wolverhampton Art Gallery side entrance on Saint Peter’s Walk, Wolverhampton WV1 1DU
During this walk Iris Bertz will introduce you to the idea of Lost and Found art: the accidental, secret, hidden and imagined public art that emerges if we set out looking for it. This can be found in many surprising locations around a city but is always outside of a gallery environment.
'The walk sharpens your sense of aesthetic appreciation and challenges the notion that art needs a creator. Above all, it is a fun way to make the best of our everyday surroundings and to feel closer to them'.
Join Iris for rest, refreshments and further conversation after the event.
